My owner's got a loan and found a new home for all of us!
LIST OF ITEMS TO BRING TO THE APPOINTMENT:
 
- Most recent two year history of living addresses along with Landlord or Mortgage Holders name, address and telephone number.
 
- Two year history of employment. Name of companies, telephone numbers and addresses. 
 
- Most recent paystubs covering the last 30 days of employment.
 
- W'2s covering the last two years.
 
- Copies of Federal Tax returns for past two years if self-employed, receive commission, tip, bonus or interest income. Also required if you own rental property for over one  year.
 
- Pension, Disability and Social Security: Current award letters from sources stating amount  received and past two years form 1099's.
 
- Child Support/Maintenance:  copy of complete Divorce Decree and Separation Agreement, and one year history of proof it is being received, (printout from County Support Bureau and/or cancelled checks).
 
- Rental Properties: Copy of signed Lease Agreement. (This is only if you OWN rental properties, not if you are currently renting).
 
- Names addresses, account numbers and current balances of depositories (banks, savings banks, credit unions, brokerages).
 
- Last three months statements for the above accounts (must bring copies of all pages of the statements).
 
- Full descriptions/statements covering the latest 3 month period for all other assets (securities, IRA's, 401K's, profit sharing plans, etc.)
 
-  Address(es), values, tax and insurance information on any property you might own.
 
- Complete copy of  bankruptcy papers including discharge papers if filed under Chapter 7.
 
- Sales Contract (for people purchasing) with all signatures, (Buyers, Sellers and Agents).
 
- Picture ID and Social Security Card
 
- VA - DD214 and Certificate of Eligibility.
 
-  For all KHC Loans (Kentucky Housing Corp) please bring complete copy of three previous years tax returns.

ALSO NEEDED FOR REFINANCES:
 
*  Copy of last settlement statement from when you purchased or last refinanced your home.
 
*  Copy of a property survey if you were given one with your closing package from the title company when you purchased the home.
 
*   Copy of your current mortgage bill, any property tax information and homeowners information.
